Earlier today, Kmart ran an ad promoting a new PS3 with a “new low price” to boot. It’s since been pulled, but here’s the image below, courtesy of Kotaku:

In case you haven’t pieced it together yourself, I’ll give ya the down-low: the entire world is preparing for the official announcement of the PS3 Slim. Sony’s GamesCom conference starts at 9:30 AM PST. I have no idea what that is in CST, and I’m too tired to figure it out.
