Well, if you're looking for a pure survival/horror experience, Dead Space is the way to go. But BioShock is the better game overall, and it does have its share of scares, as well as a masterfully unsettling atmosphere. If I had to choose one or the other, I'd go with BioShock - but both are fantastic and well worth playing. Hmm.
