Monday, February 15th, 2010Today I cleaned my place just a bit so that Riddles wouldn’t vomit too much when he saw it, but yesterday I was doing better work. I was making that disturbing banner up top. Read it and weep. Time to sleep, I have a scared Murfreesboronian to meet at an airport tomorrow.
Yep, I’m Going to Toronto
Monday, February 15th, 2010It’s true! Tomorrow morning I’ll be boarding a plane and flying off to that mystical city up north where a certain Ethos resides. I’m hoping for a relaxing vacation.
It should also be a bit of an eye-opener, seeing that I’ve a) never flown on a plane before, and b) never seen a city larger than Nashville. (And I think we’ve been over how much I dislike Nashville.)
I only hope I’m allowed to shower while I’m there. Canadians may not be partial to general cleanliness, but I happen to be. Call it one of those homey Southern values if you must, but I enjoy a daily shower.
But then again, once I’m there, all rules are out the window. This should be an exciting week…
